L7-AUDIT · 1. Notice to reviewers

1. Notice to reviewers

This is product legal copy for Wrooms and L7 Chain. It is not legal advice, not a securities prospectus, and not a registration statement. Wrooms is the Service and the contracting party. The Wrooms App is hosted at wrooms.ai. Wrooms AI is the house desks inside the Wrooms App. L7 Chain (also L7) is the public settlement ledger of the Service, readable at l7c.ai. Its purpose is to seal economic events — buys, sends, swaps, issues, wraps, and pieces — so a later record cannot quietly replace an earlier one. L7C is the layer-one coin of L7 Chain. WRO is the native layer-two token of Wrooms, isolated on L7 Chain. The Wrooms User Agreement remains the binding terms of use. The Token Sale Agreement is the binding purchase terms for L7C and WRO sold on the Wrooms book.

This packet describes how L7 Chain is meant to work so an independent reviewer, user, or journalist can check the live book at l7c.ai against the claims. Wrooms has not engaged a named accounting firm to opine on this packet. Do not treat this page as a certified audit report, SOC 2, ISO certificate, or legal opinion.

Effective date August 22, 2026. Version 2026.08.22-10. Record the book height, the HLP-2 digest, and the Short HLP (H1S) observed.

L7-AUDIT · 3. Controls a reviewer can test

3. Controls a reviewer can test

  • Seal integrity — every public row has height, hash, previous hash. A later row cannot quietly replace an earlier height.
  • Idempotence — a reused or failed wrap proof does not mint twice.
  • Occupancy — wrap credits cannot exceed the live wallet. Native locks in the published vault.
  • HLP-2 — a wrap memo contains HLP (or the prior tag ALHP), Short HLP (H1S), and live heights for L7C plus every rail spine including USDC, USDT (Tether), and DAI. The live hash is SHA-256 of twenty-two ASSET:height:hash records in fixed order, L7C first, as specified in /hlp-spec. A stable’s record is the aggregated host bind. That digest is a valid transaction that happened over the internet.
  • Short HLP — H1S plus 20 Crockford characters. CRC and fold must match the payload. It does not replace the 64-hex digest.
  • Isolation — a move on one L2 never shares a book with another L2. L7C stays L1.
  • Stable spines — stored linked hashes for USDC equal Ethereum + Robinhood Chain + Base stored counts; USDT equal Ethereum + TRON + BNB; DAI equal Ethereum + Arbitrum + Base. Those sums are not the wrap digest.
  • Buyable vs spine — BASE and HOOD are L2 spines, not wrap-from-wallet coins.
  • Circulating — read live from the book; do not trust a hardcoded figure in marketing.
  • Secrets — the explorer never shows keys, cards, or chat. If a page that claims to be L7 does, it is not the book.

L7-AUDIT · 4. How to review

4. How to review

  1. Open https://l7c.ai/legal — this pack.
  2. Open https://l7c.ai/rails — live HLP-2 digest, Short HLP, and 22 spines.
  3. Open a wrap seal on the book. Confirm memo HLP, H1S, live spines including USDC / USDT / DAI, and live hash.
  4. Open /tokenomics and /contracts. Match caps, contract ids, and circulating.
  5. Walk a planet’s hash-linked spine. Parent of line n is the hash of line n+1 (newer on top).
  6. Record book height, HLP-2 digest, Short HLP, date, and any gap you found. Write hello@wrooms.ai.

5. Limits of this packet

Rail tips depend on public RPCs. A delayed foreign node can make a spine lag the live head. HLP binds whatever live tips L7 had at seal time. Reviewers should treat a catching-up spine as a sync state, not as a rewritten history. This packet does not certify third-party chains, Stripe, Alchemy Pay, or wallet vendors.
